On behalf of the team at Pravar Group, I'd like to welcome you to the Annual Pravar Conference & Awards Event in Port Douglas.

This is a partners included weekend. It is an opportunity for the both of you to take some time out together from your day to day worlds and celebrate with the rest of the group on the year that has been. Remember this is a business trip for you and your partner.  

If you did decide to have your family there for a holiday pre or post event, please ensure you arrange sitting services for when the partners only planned events are scheduled for Wednesday welcome drinks, Friday night awards night and farewell drinks on Saturday afternoon (with the exception of kids under 12 months as they are often Mum dependant).

We have put a limited number of accomodation rooms on hold.  Here is the Accommodation Booking Page.  If you plan to stay pre or post event and want to book an extended stay, you will have to contact Sheraton direct and let them know you are with the Pravar Conference.

Welcome drinks is an opportunity for clients and partners and have a social mix and mingle before we kick off the formalities of the Event.


Adults only, kids 12 months and under are ok

Time: 5pm - 6.30pm

Drinks are at your own expense

Partners Lunch

(Thurs 30th July)


Whilst Clients are in the conference room, the partners lunch is a great opportunity for partners to catch up or get to know each other over a casual lunch.

Annual Awards Dinner

(Fri 31st July)


The awards dinner is a night to celebrate everyone's achievements and recognise a select few with the Pravar Group Awards.

Venue: Flames of the Forest

Meet in Foyer: 4.45pm

Bus Departure to Flames: 5pm (Sharp)

Dinner Attire: Cocktail

Awards Night: 5.30pm - 10pm

Bus Departure back to Sheraton: 10pm


Farewell Drinks

(Sat 1st August)


There's no better way to top off an Awards Event than with a final farewell drink together before everyone goes their separate ways.

Where & When to Meet: In the foyer at 8.10am. 
Bus Transfers to Marina: 8.20am Sharp
Great Barrier Reef: 8.45am - 4.30pm -> Swimming, snorkelling & cruising the reef
What to bring: Boardies, towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, travel sick tablets for those who might need them.
Disembark at Marina: 4.30pm -> Walk to Hemingway's Brewery for farewell drinks
