Legacy Retreat - March 2026
Being a business owner can be a lonely experience, even when you’ve got a great team. With big businesses and busy personal lives, the stakes are high, and the demands are ever constant.
For new ideas to emerge, for us to solve a problem that we might see as impossible to solve, we need input and feedback from people who care enough to support us but who are not attached to the outcome.
Taking yourself out of your normal environment for a couple of days to recharge your batteries, in inspiring surroundings with other like-minded business owners, has such a positive impact on you and your business.
This in-person Retreat with the Legacy Community will give you the opportunity to get new perspectives and to have a sounding board for your ideas. This facilitates experience-sharing, resulting in new thinking and breakthroughs in clarity and direction.
You will meet new people. You will experience new things. You will collaborate with like-minded businessmen. You will contribute and be challenged by the community to step up and play a bigger game.
Below is the agenda for the Legacy Retreat. We will be finished at 5pm on Friday, which means you probably have to fly out Saturday morning to get homes to your family.

Wednesday 11th March, 2026 - Social Drinks and Dinner
There is no better way to kick off the Legacy Event than having a meet and greet client dinner before the formalities of the event. It is a great way to catch up socially with the rest of the Legacy community, and collaborate with like-minded businessmen.
Please note: Drinks at social drinks are at your own expense.

Thursday 12th of March 2026 - Conference
This 1 day conference is designed to expand your business acumen and leadership skills so you can take your business and life to a whole new level.
This is your opportunity to openly discuss challenges, fears, and aspirations. You can dive into real issues, from strategic decisions and team dynamics to financial challenges, and gain insights from others who have walked similar paths.
Beach Walk & Coffee (Optional): 6am - 7am (Meet in the Foyer at 5.55am)
Conference Times: 8.15am for a 8.30am start, Finished by 5pm

Attire for the day: Smart Casual
What to bring: Your laptop and a notebook
Please note: Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea will be provided for the day.
Thursday Dinner - this is an opportunity for everyone as a community to go to dinner and continue the conversations and masterminding. Please note that dinner and drinks is at your own expense.
Friday 13th of March, 2026 - Connection & Collaboration
For leaders who are often expected to “have it all together” in front of their teams, having a community of like-minded businessmen where they can be candid is invaluable. This is why social activities are an important part of our Retreats, to foster a sense of collaboration and contribution.
Sometimes it's not about learning more in the conference room, the power of this Retreat is in the conversations within the community that unlocks a different perspective, or challenges you to step up and play a bigger game.

Beach Walk & Coffee (Optional): 6.30am - 7.30am (Meet in the Foyer at 6.25am)
Group Breakfast: 8am - 9am (QT Hotel)
Beach, Swim & Mastermind: 9am - 11am
Shower & get dressed for lunch/golf: 11am - 11.30am
Client Lunch: 11.30am - 1pm
Transfers: 1pm - 1.30pm
Driving Range: 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Transfers: 4.30pm - 5pm
Drinks at the Pool (Optional): 5pm ->
What to bring: Swimmers, hat, sunscreen, towel, bottle of water for beach. Shorts, shirt and closed in shoes appropriate for the Driving Range.
