Thursday 30th of April to Saturday 2nd of May 2026

On behalf of the team at Pravar Group, I'd like to welcome you to the up and coming Lifestyle Event in Adelaide at Crowne Plaza.

Here is the website for Crowne Plaza Adelaide.

Below is the agenda for the Event.  If you can make the social drinks on Wednesday afternoon, it would be great to see you there before we kick off with the formalities on Thursday morning.

We will be finished at 3pm on Saturday.  Please don't leave early.

We can't wait to see you all for another great Lifestyle Event.

Cheers
Rob & the Coaching Team

Theme: Systems for Scale & Freedom

Growing revenue is one thing. Building a team is another.

But creating a business that runs without you being the bottleneck requires systems

Business systems convert whats in your head into structure, standards, and repeatable ways of working, so performance doesn’t rely on your presence.

If your experience, decisions, and expectations aren’t systemised, it’s almost guaranteed that:

  • You’ll stay stuck in the day-to-day
  • Decision-making will bottleneck through you
  • Growth will cap and you’ll become a prisoner of the business you built

Systemisation is deeper than documenting processes.  It’s about building the right operational foundations so your team can execute, improve, and lead, while you step out of the day-to-day operations without losing control

This is how you build a business that supports your lifestyle, instead of competing with it.

Welcome Drinks (Optional)

Wednesday 29th April

Meet and greet drinks is an opportunity to have a social catch up before we kick off the formalities of the event.

Drinks are at your own expense.

Location: Luna10, Crowne Plaza

Pravar's Run Club

/ Walk n Talk (Optional)

The Pravar Run Club / Walk n Talk was born out of the Mastermind from those who believe that when you Win the Morning, you Win the Day.  Stay tuned for updates leading up to the event for start times and meeting points.

Loud Shirt Day

Friday 1st May

Loud Shirt Day started inside this Mastermind as a way to take a stand against the stigma around mental health, particularly for men.  So wear your loudest shirt… and we’ll see who ends up taking home the Chump Jacket.

Day 1: Thursday 30th April, 2026

Wins & Improvement Sessions:

We’ll start by celebrating what you’ve achieved in Q1, 2026; in business, in life, or both. Wins matter, progress matters and who you’ve become along the way matters just as much as the numbers.  Come prepared for the Wins session.  This isn’t about comparison.  Your wins are yours. Own them. Be proud of them.

From there, you’ll sit with your Lifestyle Round Table and identify One single Habit, if implemented consistently for the quarter ahead would transform your life the most.

Client Feature Session

Client Feature sessions are an integral part of the Lifestyle Event.  It is an opportunity for a client from within the group to share their story and inspire those in the group to achieve greater levels of success.  This quarter we are going to be hearing from ... TBC...

Training Session: Systems Thinking at the Lifestyle Level

In this session, Dan Stones will set the context for Systems Thinking at the Lifestyle level.  You’ll explore how well-designed systems evolve as the business scales, removing you as the day-to-day bottleneck while increasing clarity, accountability, and control.  This session is designed to sharpen your thinking and prepare you for Saturday’s deep dive with Dave Jenyns into SYSTEMology, with a specific focus on; Systems Champions & Leveraging AI to support scale and execution

Thursday night is free time.  As a group, it is an opportunity for everyone to grab a drink and a feed together and continue the conversations and masterminding.

Day 2: Friday 1st May, 2026

Values Masterclass:

In this two-part Values Masterclass, Rob Kropp will guide you through the principles of values-based living and the Demartini Value Determination Process.

This session is about getting clear on: Who you are at your core, what actually drives your decisions & why conflict shows up between business, family, and self.

When values are unclear, everything feels like a trade-off.  When values are aligned, decisions simplify and life regains balance.  This session is designed to remove internal conflict and help you lead, build, and live from a place of clarity and congruence.

Friday Fun Day Activity:

FunDay is about connection.  It’s a chance to step out of the conference room, and strengthen the relationships that make the Lifestyle Mastermind what it is.

We’ll be getting outside and doing something different; abseil, hike, and slack line... designed to challenge you, create shared experiences, and build trust.

The conversations that happen here matter.  In business. And in life.
