To ensure the Lifestyle program continues to deliver the outcomes it is designed to achieve, the delivery model is being updated.
This notice outlines what's changing, why it's changing, and what it means for you.
The Lifestyle program has always been designed to help business owners build a high-performing business while living well across the four primary legacies of health, wealth, business and connections.
The updated delivery model supports this outcome while introducing a more dynamic coaching structure aligned to the level our clients are now operating at.
Lifestyle Coaching Program
The Lifestyle program is not built around a single coaching interaction. It operates as a holistic delivery model designed to get results.
The core components of the program now include:
- Client-Led Roadmaps – personalised strategic planning and execution
- Mindset Program – leadership and personal development
- Kura Community – peer-to-peer learning and support
- Fortnightly Group Calls – leadership and capability development
- Round Tables & Client Hosted Sessions – peer discussion and personal transformation
- 4 x 3 Day Lifestyle Events – Immersive leadership and skill development

1. Does this change the philosophy of Pravar or the outcomes we should expect from coaching?
No.
Our mission remains exactly the same: transforming businesses and reconnecting families.
If anything, these changes sharpen the focus on the Lifestyle outcome.
As our client base has matured, we’ve refined how coaching is delivered so we can get better outcomes for you as our clients.
The new delivery model allows coaching to become more strategic, more responsive, and more impactful.
2. Does this mean I get less coaching?
No.
It means we are moving away from a rigid, single-touch delivery model to a multi-touch coaching model.
Instead of everything happening inside scheduled calls, Coaching will now occur through multiple touch points across the quarter:
Planning - locking in your LQIR & QAP to set you up for success
Strategy - deeper strategy sessions to maximise your results
Tactical - timely support to remove roadblocks & keep you moving forward
The structure of the support is changing, but the level of support is not.
It means the right support, at the right time, to drive better results.
3. What do you mean by Lifestyle clients being in a Cohort?
A cohort is simply the term we internally use to describe a group of clients. This helps us structure the coaching schedule to ensure every Lifestyle client receives consistent, high-quality support throughout the quarter.
Each coach is currently responsible for a dedicated group of Lifestyle clients (1 cohort).
Going forward each coach will have 2 cohorts, allowing coaching sessions to be distributed evenly across the quarter.
This structure provides the flexibility each week for the coach to deliver on:
- Strategic Coaching Sessions
- Client reviews and preparation
- Tactical Coaching when roadblocks arise
- Engagement within the Kura community
- Client engagement and follow-up
- Rescheduling of calls (holidays etc)
By spreading coaching responsibilities across the quarter, it allows precise coaching where coaches can remain fully present and responsive rather than trying to cram everything within a rigid weekly coaching window.
4. What is Planning Coaching? How does it work?
We are focusing the Quarterly Roadmap process (Roadmap and Review) into an intensive Coaching block designed to provide maximum clarity and support through this process.
The LQIR & QAP Group calls which have been more focused on training principles will become dedicated Workshop Calls, focused on completing your Roadmap & Review process properly, with Coaches present.
As part of Quarterly Roadmap process your coach will be focused on ensuring your LQIR & QAP are complete to a standard that is required to achieve your desired outcomes.
The coaching support during these 2 weeks will be more fluid with conversation taking place to ensure 100% completion of the process each quarter.
5. What is Strategic Coaching? How does it work?
A Strategic Coaching Session is a scheduled call with your dedicated coach that takes place over Zoom 4x throughout the quarter.
Each session focuses on high-impact strategic work such as:
- Financial modelling
- Reviewing business performance
- Strategic plays on your QAP
- Leadership challenges
- Mindset Challenges
- Key decisions or roadblocks
These sessions are designed to be deep strategic conversations, not routine accountability check-ins.
Through these changes we have improved our internal capacity planning to ensure sessions can be rescheduled where appropriate.
If notice is given (Holidays etc), the CST team will assist with rescheduling, so you don’t miss out.
However, if a session is missed due to poor organisation or prioritising other commitments, the session will be forfeited, and your coach will allocate that time to working on your file.
This is one of the benefits of the new structure. That means no group calls if a Coach is on leave or sick.
6. What is Tactical Coaching? How does it work?
Tactical Coaching allows roadblocks to be removed quickly, so you can keep executing your QAP & running your business.
This may occur via:
• Text

• Email

• Short phone call
It typically helps with three things:
Decisions – talking through an important business decision

Solutions – resolving a problem you’re facing

Resources – accessing templates, tools, training or connections
In many cases, this provides faster access to support than the previous model, where issues were often held until the next scheduled call.
7. How is Tactical Coaching different to the #ASK in the community?
Kura Community is a great way to tap into the experience and wisdom of the group.
Don’t underestimate the power of the community. There is someone who is currently going through it or has been through it. All you have to do is #ASK.
- If it is a Decision you need help making that is Tactical Coaching
- If it is a Solution to a Problem you have, consider #ASK first, then look for Tactical Coaching for further clarification or to make a decision.
- If it is a Resource you are looking for, #ASK the community first, as they will generally have what you need.
Important Note: Coaches now have dedicated time in their week to be more active in the Kura community, to help connect you with a client, training video (from live event or group call), template, podcast episode to get you the resources you need.
If you feel that it is a specific question that the community can’t answer, then initiate a Tactical Coaching conversation.
8. Is the Primary Aim of the program delivery designed to set me up for success post Pravar?
The delivery model has Not been designed primarily to prepare you for life after Pravar.
The model is designed to help you build the Lifestyle business you came here to create.
Through the process, you will naturally develop stronger leadership disciplines, strategic thinking, and operating rhythms.
Those behaviours will stay with you long after coaching ends.
But the focus right now is simple: Delivering the Lifestyle outcome.
9. When do these changes take effect?
The Planning Coaching will take effect from the end of Quarter 1.
Strategic and Tactical Coaching will take effect from week commencing the 11th of May.
We will be rolling out more training and communication in the time leading up to these changes taking place and in person at the May Lifestyle event.
